In this policy, "Zafirpay", "we", "us" and "our" refer to NOVAPAY FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD.

What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and its waiting list. Our services have not launched yet; when business onboarding opens, it will involve its own agreements, verification processes and privacy notices, which will be provided at that time.
What we collect
- Waiting-list form: company name, business email address, company website (optional), your area of interest (optional), and your consent confirmation.
- Submission details: the time of your submission and the country derived from the network address it was sent from. We use this to assess whether we can serve your jurisdiction.
- Website operations: our hosting provider processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the website.
This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers or advertising pixels. We do not collect personal information from this website in any other way, and we never ask for passwords, wallet details or payment information here.
How we use it
- to record your interest and contact you when business onboarding opens;
- to assess eligibility, including jurisdiction;
- to operate, secure and improve the website.
We collect, use and disclose personal information with consent, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Submitting the waiting-list form is voluntary.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent personal information. Waiting-list submissions are delivered to our business mailbox and stored there. We use service providers to host this website and deliver email; they process data on our behalf and may do so on infrastructure located outside Canada, in which case the laws of those jurisdictions may apply to it. We may disclose information where required by law or a regulator with authority over us.
How long we keep it
We keep waiting-list information until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for the launch of our services. If you become a client later, information you provide then will be handled — and retained — under the client agreements and legal requirements that apply at that time.
Your choices
- Withdraw: you can leave the waiting list at any time by emailing us; we will delete your submission unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Access and correction: you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.

Security
